1. Find the inventory you want on our website. Note that buy-back guarantees are only available on machines being sold online or from physical dealer locations, where other products and services are available.
2. To add the 10-Day or 30-Day buy-back guarantee, on the BUY NOW Details page, you will have to select the 10-Day or 30-Day buy-back guarantee, or you can ask for it from our sales manager over the phone or by email at [email protected]
3. Have the machine delivered to your location. If you wish to keep the machine, nothing more is required.

If the machine qualifies for arbitration under Apollo Equipment, Inc. Terms and Conditions, please open an arbitration on the machine before requesting a buy back. For machine that you wish to exercise the buy-back guarantee for and qualify under the Terms of the Program, simply email [email protected] by the 10th or 30th calendar day after the purchase date.

BUY BACK GUARANTEE – TERMS OF PROGRAM

Apollo Equipment, Inc. agrees that the following machine qualify for the Buy-Back Guarantee program, and can be repurchased if in compliance with the following criteria:

THE POLICY COVERS:

• 100% of the machine purchase price and shipping fees. Any fees including but not limited to buy fees, payment processing fees, taxes, or reconditioning fees are not reimbursable.
• Reimbursement of machine purchase price capped at 104% of hours meter Wholesale National Average price, as calculated on the online purchase date.
• Dealers and individuals in the United States and Canada purchasing machines located within the United States and Canada.

• ELIGIBLE MACHINES
• Machines sold “As Is”.
• Machines with hours meter not more than 100,000 hours.
• Machines with sales prices greater than $1,000.
• Machines in excess of 1,000 lbs GVW.
• Specialty inventory including but not limited to commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, ATVs, farm & construction equipment, forklifts, heavy-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, and trailers.
• Machines without structural damage.

By purchasing Buy-Back Guarantee, Buyer agrees to all of the following terms and conditions: The request for buy back must be initiated by the Buyer by emailing [email protected] by the 30th calendar day after the online purchase date, with the delivery date being day 0.

• Machine must be paid for in full and located on the Buyer’s property when initiating the buy-back request.
• Buyer must not have transferred or sold the machine to a third person or entity at any time after the online purchase date.
• It will take approximately 5 days to confirm machine eligibility for buy back. An inspection will be ordered and reviewed by the program administrator to validate the condition versus the machine details at the time of online purchase. Conditions for eligibility of buy back include:
  • Machine must not have more than 250 additional hours on the hours meter than at the online purchase date.
  • Machine condition must be the same or in better condition than indicated on the Equipment Details Page at the time of purchase.
  • Machine must qualify for inspection under Apollo Equipment, Inc. Terms & Conditions at the time of buy back request.


• Buy-Back Guarantee cannot be added or removed after purchase.
• Once buy back is confirmed, Buyer will be notified, and the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after Apollo Equipment, Inc. receipt of the transferable title from Buyer.
• Machine will remain on Buyer’s lot after being repurchased under the Buy-Back Guarantee program until the machine is picked up by one of our trucks (a period of approximately 7 days after Buyer’s receipt of refund), and Buyer must support the remarketing process as necessary, including but not limited to granting inspection access, providing photographs, facilitating machine pickup.
• Buyer must use commercially reasonable care in storing the machine safely, consistent with industry standards. Buyer is responsible for damage or loss of the machine after it has been repurchased until it is picked up from the buyer’s property.
• Apollo Equipment, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of items for which any Buyer may purchase the buy-back policy.
